17th, January, 2011, the employees of the fourth Dalian Teikoku abroad training project departed from China to Japan. In a period of one week, all these 17 outstanding employees elected by public or recommended directly by the company had visited the Teikoku Electric MFG. Co., Ltd for training and cities like Tokyo, Osaka as well as the famous places like Fuji Mountain and the Castle of Himeiji.

Although, in the year of 2010, the whole world was still under the shade of the world-wide economic recession, but under the excellent decision-making of the board and the hard effort of all the employees, Dalian Teikoku had gained remarkable performance which is beyond the peak of 2008 to form a new record in the history of the company. Meanwhile, with the completion of the object set by the mother company Teikoku Electric MFG, Dalian Teikoku had proofed herself as the fastest developed sub-company. So, for motivating all the employees to make larger achievement for the development of the company and to prize the outstanding employees who had served a huge sacrifice to the company, our company sent elected outstanding employees to Japan for the abroad training project for the fourth consecutive year. This decision fully expressed the company management thought as “Focus on Performance and Taking person as the foundation of development” and had risen the working enthusiasm of all the employees of the company.

        ;  After this abroad training trip, all the elected employees had extended their sight and experienced the strict working style as well as the enthusiastic working attitude of the colleagues of Teikoku Electric MFG. We believe that this trip will be held as a beautiful memory for these 17 employees and be turned into the power for all the employees of the company to continue the hardworking, market-extending and the performance-developing.
