16 Excellent Staff to Japan for Study Tourism（Photo） 2008-12-26 There was held a fair vote by each department among all the staff from Dalian Teikoku on Sep 12, 2008. The 16 excellent staff for this year who were selected during the vote set foot on Japan          During the trip in Japan, the trainees visited Teikoku Electric MFG CO., Ltd( Japan) which is the headquarter of Dalian Teikoku and its subsidiary companies Teishin MFG.CO.,Ltd and Kozuki Denso CO., Ltd. Wherever they went they received warm welcome and enthusiastic treat. The passion of Japanese colleagues from headquarter impressed every person in the study tourism group. The high efficiency, tension, systematic and orderly working rhythm, advanced technology, equipment, process, inspecting means and management mode, impressive Fuji, historic Kyoto and thriving Tokyo… beautiful natural scenery and special cultural tradition left them very deep impressions.          Dalian Teikoku provides the opportunities for staff to go to Japan for study tourism annually, this activity does not only increase the working positively and working enthusiasm of staff, in the mean time, promote the communication between the staff of Japan headquarter and the staff of our company as well.
